Lead Times

Lead times vary due to seasonal demand. Please phone for an up-to-date estimate.

Our normal lead time is 10 working days from payment which must be received before we will proceed with the order. At various times of the year the lead time may be longer or shorter due to seasonal demand. We will confirm current lead times before you place your order.

We despatch the vast majority of our orders within the quoted time but our estimated lead times do not constitute a guarantee. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control may cause the lead time to be extended slightly. We will notify you if this is the case.

If you have an absolute, immovable deadline then you must inform us of this before you place your order. We can then confirm with you if we can meet your deadline and make sure you receive your order in time.

Artwork

Artwork must be approved before we can proceed with your order. Any delays may extend your lead time.

Once your order has been placed our artwork department will email you a visual confirming the details of decoration required and, where appropriate, a mock-up of the finished item(s). It is important that you make sure that the visual is an accurate representation of your requirements as we will proceed according to the details in the approved visual. If there is anything wrong with the visual or if you have any questions about it then please let us know immediately and we will amend the visual or clarify accordingly.

We will only proceed with your order once we have your approval of the visual. It is important that we receive your approval (or questions, amendments etc.) promptly as delays may extend the lead time for the order beyond our initial estimate. Please make sure you provide us with an email address (or other point of contact) which is checked regularly to avoid potential delays.

If you are going to be out of contact for any time during your order please let us know so that we can plan accordingly.

Delivery

We will notify you when your order is despatched. We send out all our deliveries via courier for next day delivery.

Please let us know in advance if you require a Saturday delivery.

Substitute Garments / Fabrics

We will always endeavour to supply any particular garments / fabrics specified by the customer. Where these are unavailable, however, we reserve the right to substitute with garments / fabrics of similar quality or size.

Customer Supplied Garments

All property supplied for printing or embroidery is held at the customer's risk. Whilst every care will be taken in printing or embroidery, we cannot accept responsibility for imperfect work caused by unsuitability of material supplied by the customer. If any error occurs while printing/embroidering a logo onto a customer supplied garment, Revolution is only liable for the quoted price of applying the print/embroidery to said garment. At no time and under no circumstance shall Revolution be liable for the cost of the garment.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you place an order with us and then cancel that order we reserve the right to charge you for work done and materials ordered to fulfil your order. No cancellation wil be permitted after we have completed the order even though this may still be prior to despatch and delivery.

Return / Refund Policy

In the case of faulty and/or damaged goods you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number here. You must supply full and precise details as to the nature of any fault.

You must then produce the faulty or damaged goods within 30 days of receipt to enable us to inspect said goods. Goods found to be faulty or damaged will be repaired or replaced at your request or a refund issued if so requested.

Please be aware that no claim of faulty or damaged goods will be considered by us after the expiration of 30 days or if the preceding returns procedure is not followed.
